At FastPVC, we understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order. Since our PVC cards are customized and printed according to the information and documents submitted by the customer, cancellation availability depends on the current processing and production stage of the order.

1. Cancellation Before Printing

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order enters the printing or production stage.

If the cancellation request is received and approved before production begins, the order may be cancelled and an eligible refund may be processed according to our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible after placing an order if they wish to request cancellation.

2. Cancellation After Printing Has Started

Once an order has entered the printing or production stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.

This is because customized PVC cards require materials, printing resources, labor, and production time specifically for the customer's order.

Once production has started, the order may therefore become non-cancellable and may not qualify for a refund solely because the customer has changed their mind.

3. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been printed, packaged, and handed over to the shipping or courier partner, cancellation is generally not possible.

If a customer refuses to accept a shipped order, the shipment may be returned to FastPVC. Additional shipping, return, or re-delivery charges may apply where applicable.

Any refund eligibility will be determined according to the circumstances and our Refund & Replacement Policy.

4. How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation, contact FastPVC as soon as possible after placing your order.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Registered mobile number
  • Registered email address, where applicable
  • Reason for cancellation

Providing the correct order number will help us locate and verify your order quickly.

5. Cancellation Request Does Not Guarantee Cancellation

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel an order.

Cancellation depends on the current status of the order at the time the request is received and reviewed.

If the order has already entered printing, production, packaging, or shipping, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Orders Pending Verification

Some orders may require additional verification before production begins.

If an order is pending verification, customers may request cancellation before production starts.

FastPVC may also contact the customer to verify order information, uploaded documents, delivery details, or payment information before processing the order.

7. Payment Already Made

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before production begins, the applicable refund may be processed through the original payment method or payment gateway.

Refund processing times may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card network, UPI provider, or other financial institution.

FastPVC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers after a refund has been initiated.

8. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders that have not yet been shipped or processed for production, cancellation may be requested according to the order status.

Since no online payment has been collected for an unpaid COD order, there is generally no payment refund to process.

Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in COD availability being restricted for future orders.

9. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place the same order more than once, contact us immediately.

We will review the order status and may cancel a duplicate order if it has not yet entered production.

If the duplicate order has already entered printing or production, cancellation may not be possible.

10. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer

If you discover that you have provided incorrect information after placing an order, contact us immediately.

If production has not started, we may be able to update the information or cancel the order so that a corrected order can be placed.

Once printing or production has started, changes may not be possible.

FastPVC is generally not responsible for printing errors resulting from incorrect information, documents, or instructions provided by the customer.

11. Cancellation Due to Unavailability

FastPVC may cancel an order if we are unable to fulfill it due to circumstances such as:

  • Product or material unavailability
  • Technical problems
  • Invalid or unusable uploaded files
  • Payment verification failure
  • Shipping service unavailability
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Suspected unlawful use
  • Other operational circumstances

If FastPVC cancels a prepaid order for reasons attributable to FastPVC, an applicable refund will generally be processed according to our refund procedures.

12. Fraudulent or Suspicious Orders

FastPVC reserves the right to cancel or suspend an order if we reasonably believe that the order involves:

  • Fraud
  • Identity misuse
  • Unauthorized document submission
  • Payment fraud
  • False information
  • Unlawful activity
  • Abuse of the FastPVC platform

Where appropriate, we may retain relevant records and cooperate with payment providers, logistics partners, or lawful authorities.

13. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund are separate processes.

An approved cancellation does not necessarily mean that the full amount paid will always be refundable. The applicable refund will depend on the order status, production stage, shipping status, payment method, and reason for cancellation.

14. Shipping Charges

If an order has already been shipped, original shipping charges, COD charges, return charges, or other delivery-related fees may not be refundable where applicable.

If an order is cancelled before shipment and is eligible for a refund, applicable charges will be reviewed according to the circumstances of the order.

15. Customer Change of Mind

Because FastPVC products may be customized and produced specifically according to customer-provided information and documents, a change of mind does not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund after production has started.

Customers are strongly advised to carefully verify:

  • Product selection
  • Quantity
  • Uploaded documents
  • Names and other personal information
  • Card details
  • Delivery address
  • Mobile number

before submitting the order.

16. Cancellation Confirmation

A cancellation request will be considered successful only after FastPVC confirms that the order has been cancelled.

Customers should not assume that an order has been cancelled merely because a cancellation request has been submitted.
